By accessing or using BudoBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. Continued use of BudoBoard after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

BudoBoard is a martial arts training and health dashboard designed to help BJJ practitioners log sessions, track performance metrics, and monitor their physical wellbeing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You must create an account to access BudoBoard's features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Certain features of BudoBoard require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You agree to use BudoBoard only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, upload harmful content, or use the platform to harass or harm others. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Your use of BudoBoard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health data. You retain ownership of the training data you enter into the platform, and we will not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, and we will process the deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BudoBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of BudoBoard after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
